1. Now I am facing many issues of analysing followers and unfollowers with this app, currently it doesn't tell who unfolllowed me and unable to reach ghost followers profile, it taking long time to starting the process, please developers fix the bug and issue thoroughly.

2. I want to use the app to see who is following me and unfollow when I follow back, but when I click "people who don't follow me back" it shows loads of mutual followers.

1. Fix Unfollowers & Insight Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unfollowers & Insight: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unfollowers & Insight App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unfollowers & Insight" » Open Unfollowers & Insight for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unfollowers & Insight » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unfollowers & Insight for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unfollowers & Insight servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unfollowers & Insight for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unfollowers & Insight app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unfollowers & Insight might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unfollowers & Insight. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unfollowers & Insight then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unfollowers & Insight not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unfollowers & Insight be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
