Why should I report an Issue with CitizenCOP?

1. Even a location/address option should be included as additional detail.Just do not know why the app require so many permissions as for data services why they want to access media files or contacts or sms and location sd card etc.. and without these the app won't start.. inspite of good data these permissions really not done..Nothing is working in application.

2. Be cautious with this app.Mandates that you give the app permission to access your contacts, your SMSes, to "manage" phone calls, your location, record video/photos - everything! And then they say they are all about safety.Good app but names of officers does not update even months after transfer.

Total waste.Contact numbers of Administration not updated others don't knowThe application is of no use, by sharing the information about unethical activities happening through this application, I should file a complaint for action, if not, then I also complained on 100 dial PCR, but no result came out.

4. Upon installation, the app would gain access to all your files, media, mic, phone contacts, call list, location etc.

5. What a waste of time .. I wanted to complaint about the neighbor... but there is no option in app, but option is shown in the images on install page on Google play store.

6. There is no reason for mic, camera, phone, sms, file access.Do not install this malified intent app.

7. This is not a government application, so be very careful before you grant permissions to your personal and discreet data.

8. Location, phone, sms, contacts, camera, microphone.

9. What kind of justice and such awareness is there, that's why crimes are increasing.Wow! Permissions for this app are ridiculous.

10. Idea is really nice but this need to be in working condition else all is waste.

1. Fix CitizenCOP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CitizenCOP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CitizenCOP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CitizenCOP" » Open CitizenCOP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CitizenCOP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CitizenCOP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CitizenCOP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CitizenCOP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CitizenCOP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CitizenCOP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CitizenCOP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CitizenCOP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CitizenCOP not working

2. Fix CitizenCOP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CitizenCOP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CitizenCOP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CitizenCOP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
