1. The previous app was so much more user friendly.I am trying to get used to this app, but I would still give it 0 stars if I could! The old app was much more user friendly and was great! WHY complicate it? This is a bloated app and terrible to navigate! PLEASE, if the developers are listening, get rid of the clutter and bring back the option to go to your preferred theater to view movie information, trailers, and purchase tickets.

2. Each time you navigate to a movie it takes a long time to load (is it accessing location services each time?)I like being able to buy the tickets on my phone.

3. Easy to use, added option to order food ahead of time is a huge plus, makes going to the movies a lot less stressful.

4. However, I haven't noticed an option to order snacks at the same time as the tickets.

5. It's easy to find a movie, the showtime you want and select seats, and pay.

6. Also, the old app was much better at visually communicating which movies were being played at your favorite theaters (right when you open the app, at that), something that is sorely missed in this version.

7. For example, it would be great to log in and then go to the day I want to watch a movie, and then the the movie I want to watch (it should save my preferred theater and always start with that one).

8. When looking at movies, showtimes for theaters in other states show first even though I've setup my favorites.

9. The other inconvenience is having to input my credit card details every time.

10. I'm having to disable notifications entirely for this app on my phone's settings because there's no in-app setting to do so.Great app overall.
