1. I don't understand why Google lets them collect money withouth delivering anything.Latest issue shown is December, which can't be read.Its great magazine.I paid for a years subscription.

2. Seems like basic functionality those days.They haven't issued any magazine since December 2015, but they are selling subscriptions.

3. Upgraded to a new phone, transferred my SD card with the data on, and lost all the back issues, but the app does ask if I want to buy replacements.

7. After you do that and go back to your app, it makes you fill out the form again and emails you another activation link.

8. You fill out all the info and then you have to confirm with the emailed link.

9. Only to be told its free .can i have my money back?Would have loved to use it but can't.

1. Fix DIVE Magazine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DIVE Magazine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DIVE Magazine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DIVE Magazine" » Open DIVE Magazine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DIVE Magazine » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DIVE Magazine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DIVE Magazine servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DIVE Magazine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DIVE Magazine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DIVE Magazine might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DIVE Magazine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DIVE Magazine then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DIVE Magazine not working
