Please whoever thinks this is going to be a good app don't install it, and if you already did, i'd install it, one like for one more variety and freedom of drawing.Sometimes this app won't let you do things they are supposed to do like zoom in for example: on a couple of line art puzzles it won't let me zoom in to register those small notes.

1. Fix 3D Pixel Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3D Pixel Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3D Pixel Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3D Pixel Color" » Open 3D Pixel Color by Number Art » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3D Pixel Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3D Pixel Color by Number Art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3D Pixel Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3D Pixel Color by Number Art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3D Pixel Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3D Pixel Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3D Pixel Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3D Pixel Color then reinstall.
