1. I uninstalled it after 10 minutes of installing this annoying app.Too expensive 3 day free subscription trial then £39.49 PER WEEK! That is the most ridiculous pricing I've ever seen on the app store.

2. After fiddling around trying to get the videos to function, restarting the app twice and tapping through probably 8 ads in the process, I am then told my daily limit for video use is up despite me not saving any of the videos I struggled to create.

3. Unfortunately, it's very complicated it would let you edit a pic and be excited to put it in a video clip but there would be several annoying ads popping up and will ask you to pay to get a free trial.

4. Also don't bother emailing the developer, I tried and got an instant email back saying their email inbox is full? I didn't even realize that was a thing.

5. And third, this is overall just a bad app, bad directions, it makes you stay on the page of getting the free trial for way too long and I think everyone can agree that 29.99$ is way to much to pay for this app.I will be honest.

6. I canceled the trial unknowingly there was a network issue and the cancellation didn't go through.

7. The app is mainly clicking off ads but when you do get to put a face in a video i found it really good and entertaining.

8. There was no option to go back so I again tried to pick the face by restarting app.

9. It didnt pick up face properly even though it was well within the boundaties defined.

10. My credit card was charged with a subscription renewal for the app, of which I didn't use or intended to use.

1. Fix HypeUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HypeUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HypeUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HypeUp" » Open HypeUp: Make Funny Gifs, Videos & eCards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HypeUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HypeUp: Make Funny Gifs, Videos & eCards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HypeUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HypeUp: Make Funny Gifs, Videos & eCards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HypeUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HypeUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HypeUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HypeUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HypeUp not working

2. Fix HypeUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HypeUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HypeUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HypeUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
