1. The UI is also cumbersome: it takes wayyyy too many taps to log something as simple as a diaper change. My daughter was born in mid December and I had screen shot an ad for the app a couple months before but must have forgotten about it because I didn't start using until the end of march.
2. As much as I like all the different options, I'll be looking for a different appId give the app 5 stars if it had push notifications for the next feeding alarm, and a widget so i could see relevant stats at a glance instead of having to go into the app every time.
3. It's incredibly helpful to have shared access between parents / caregivers and the ability to make informed decisions is made much easier thanks to the great data visualization.
4. However, the app is INCREDIBLY laggy with it taking sometimes 10 seconds to advance after selecting a different view or attempting to track a data point.
5. It was very helpful at the time I started using it and was able to get her on a better schedule and she started sleeping longer stretches at night! I'm still using to log her activities.
6. We are first time parents and tracking keeps us on top of our baby's needs.
7. The tooling to log all baby related activities is flexible and makes it easy to track your baby's growth, eating, etc.
8. Super helpful for tracking with lots of useful features... Unfortunately it is incredibly slow.
9. I was able to use the free trial for nap windows and get an estimated daily sleep schedule for her custom to the baby's age.
10. This is annoying and worse for my wife who might be holding the baby and trying to start a feeding.
11. And the fact that the upgrade features are literally just excess things that would be nice to have but don't degrade the app whatsoever by not having...that's a huge bonus and so respectable.
I previously used the Huckleberry App but have not been logged in for many months as my son is now 2 and I do not require sleep support. Since I have not been logged into the app I have not received any updates from it vie email or any other medium. However, on 27th May 2022 the sum of £53.99 was taken from my account from the app.
I am absolutely devastated by this. It is a huge amount of money to me in the current economical climate and is the sum that I would normally spend to feed myself and my child for a week. I no longer have a subscription to Huckleberry and I desperately need this money to be refunded to my account as a matter of urgency.
I anticipate your timely response to this issue.
