1. It'd be great to allow kids to earn points several times for the same item, & to see points, awards stats in one place and over time.I really like this app! it helps me to stay on task and organized with all of my chores, homework, and things I need to do.

2. Clicking the buttons to mark chores as completed or to confirm them takes several tries before it goes, and somehow my kids keep ending up with negative stars in the pending category, so I have no idea if it's actually keeping an accurate count.

3. The only reason it didn't make 5 stars is because sometimes I've altered the values of tasks or rewards and it doesn't calculate the total amount correctly.

4. My kids really love earning the stars and seeing how far they have to go to earn their rewards, so I wish this worked properly.

8. With those two things in place, this is 5 stars all the way.It was all nice and dandy, but after I added a new task now to reward her for something new she did today, the app crashed.

9. Second issue: after typing in a task name, tapping a category doesn't activate that category; closes the keyboard instead.

1. Fix Child Reward Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Child Reward: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Child Reward App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Child Reward" » Open Child Reward » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Child Reward » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Child Reward app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Child Reward servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Child Reward" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Child Reward app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Child Reward might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Child Reward. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Child Reward then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Child Reward not working

2. Fix Child Reward Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Child Reward be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Child Reward not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Child Reward may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
