1. Fix HPE Events Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart HPE Events: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the HPE Events App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HPE Events" » Open HPE Events » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HPE Events » click "UPDATE".
- Clear HPE Events app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HPE Events servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HPE Events" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check HPE Events app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HPE Events might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall HPE Events. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HPE Events then reinstall.
