1. I just hope that like Bumble the gem of the idea behind this app flourishes because the concept is great, but without less issues with the app and way more users outside of London, i fear it will prove useless.I like the app as it does have a good concept to it and definetly caught my interest(which is rare) but as an improvement more can be done to encourage people to actually interact with each other on the app(and of course the day itself) as I don't seem to get any responses and the people I do have interest in seem to disappear quite quicklyIt may or may not be a good app, but by limiting the distance to 20 off miles you're virtually shooting yourselves in the foot.
2. Then again, I imagine the devs are probs getting and earful from some batty investor who sees the app as some cashcow. So, Thursday could be a 5 star dating app, great concept, focusing on one day, and I love the fact that bar, gigs restaurants can make offers for singles to attend on Thursday.
3. It seems like a mighty wasted opportunity for tbhGreat idea, but absolutely unusable app Currently cannot log-in to my account via Facebook from any of my devices.. Getting the same error constantly: "Feature Unavailable: Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app as additional details are being updated.
4. But it's a small niche app, and whilst a great idea, if you don't live in London or within 20 off miles of it you will rarely if ever get any matches.
5. But I think the biggest problem the event organisers can easily deal with is oversubbing and overselling tickets, because every event just descends into a crowded noisy mess that makes it harder to have a convo or meet people.
6. Otherwise, it only let you set up for London.Hello Thursday... I emailed last week about this issue and went back on to do a test and the scroll is STILL not working.
7. You mentioned in your emails a small number are affected, but nothing has been done to rectify it.As a long standing Beta app tester, this app reminds be of Bumble 10+ years ago.
8. My search radius on other apps is 30 miles or 50km.
9. I live in the countryside my 3 nearest cities, Bath, Bristol and Exeter are over 20 miles away.
10. I think in the year or so I've been on it I've had 2 other people in my area.
11. Search radus is trash if you don't live in the heart of a city.
