Why should I report an Issue with CannaBuzz - 420 Friends?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of CannaBuzz to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. but since i first downloaded, (grandfathered in before the deletion and resurrection on playstore, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling) it will upload my pictures partway, stop, start over, and repeat this cycle sometimes until i give up.

2. Video posts are often lost to the ether, photo upload quality seems variable.

3. I regularly use this, its Getting much better, how ever still crashes constantly and is very slow to load, picture quality is very low until you open the photo it's self, app still need to be smoothed out.

4. Not worth it for me to use if I can never tell if a photo or video loads because I have to keep my phone open and running the app for longer than I want to give it.

5. Giving three stars since the app is great when most other social media is so strict but right now the app is slow and buggy.

6. It's too buggy to probably scroll and find new pages and takes a while to post but since this app is new I think there is still a chance for it to be good.

1. Fix CannaBuzz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CannaBuzz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CannaBuzz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CannaBuzz" » Open CannaBuzz - 420 Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CannaBuzz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CannaBuzz - 420 Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CannaBuzz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CannaBuzz - 420 Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CannaBuzz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CannaBuzz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CannaBuzz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CannaBuzz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CannaBuzz not working

2. Fix CannaBuzz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CannaBuzz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CannaBuzz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CannaBuzz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
