3. You can login after finding ID/PW, did that,they found my id and password I login again didn't work I was on the Kmate app for years and I had 10,190 pins now I can't go back to the app.

4. I was trying to sign up but it kept saying my password don't match and I eventually took it out :(It always shows that this account is being used by a different device when my account is just a newly created one.

5. Uninstalledyou have to pay for every message you send, does not matter if you already payed once you still have to pay to send another message, the free rewards dont work most of the time.

6. The reason they join is because they get to use the app free of charge and once they accumulated 2000 pins from the guys, they are entitled to a free Starbucks coffee.

7. Buying 1750 pins ,only 5 times chatting with a little words and Danggg....they said my Pins is not enough.

1. Fix HoneyBa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HoneyBa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HoneyBa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HoneyBa" » Open HoneyBaby - Meeting Korean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HoneyBa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HoneyBaby - Meeting Korean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HoneyBa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HoneyBaby - Meeting Korean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HoneyBa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HoneyBa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HoneyBa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HoneyBa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HoneyBa not working

2. Fix HoneyBa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HoneyBa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HoneyBa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HoneyBa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
