1. It has become more applicabke now ☺️I'm so glad I got this! There was another app with colored chalks in its thumbnail that I thought about getting but it had bad reviews so I got this thinking it was my second choice but in actuality it's a great first choice! I didn't see anything about colors in the description or pictures but when I clicked on the white dot it was like a firecracker is all these colors!!! I just downloaded it so I hope it stays this good cuz if it does is the keeper!! I'm so SO glad I got this!!Very awesome! This is a very realistic simulation of blackboard.I have some suggestions for it: Please put different colors of the chalks.Please add the sound-effecs of the chalk and the duster to app.

2. Besides this, performance is well appreciated.Blackboard magic slate is the best app in this background I have ever used.It allows undo,redo,erase options which are really helpful for explaining experience.

3. im happy as it is free to use..........It has a dirty black background like a normal blackboard but you cannot change background, nor frame, nor thickness, nor tool used to write.

4. Please work on duster to give us an option to clean a part of the blackboard ;if we don't want to clean all of our painting.Every feature is well suitable for work to take place smoothly.

1. Fix Blackboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blackboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blackboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blackboard" » Open Blackboard - Magic Slate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blackboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blackboard - Magic Slate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blackboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blackboard - Magic Slate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blackboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blackboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blackboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blackboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blackboard not working

2. Fix Blackboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blackboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blackboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blackboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
