Why should I report an Issue with HEY CLAY®?

1. Totally useless.Excellent clay and clear fun instructions... only lose a star because entering the QR code took over half an hour (for me, an adult) to access... seriously, it's like a banking app!! - offering a 4 number code when the QR has 12 numbers and letters, sends an unclear message to a second device which needs a fingerprint to unlock, and was very frustrating.

2. What's the point of the code if it doesn't work properly? I'm not paying so much money to unlock all the different animals separately, if I did I spend about 50 pounds!! Rip off.Actually super fun for the kids, but I have the app on my phone which shows the fruit and veg for the Wellcome campaign.

3. Not being able to log in on another device is a massive limitation, especially because I'm going to buy a new phone and will lose access to what I've already paid for.Digital instructions are region locked, which means even if you received a specific set, you may not be able to access those specific instructions.

4. Code given is not specific to the set purchased, which does (and did) result in accidentally selecting a random set of instructions you did not want.

5. Please sort it out, you really have a great product otherwise 👍🏽Was a able to unlock all the animals only once, then I the app kept telling me 'oops, that code has already been used'.

6. Any idea how to fix this?Qr code says success, but didn't unlock set of animals from mega kit, support by email not responding,not really sure what to do :(Expensive.

7. It's a great concept, but poor execution.Just bought the farm set that comes with a code to unblock the building instructions on the app.

8. Might take a look at YouTube as suggested in other reviews.Amazing tutorials, but the code only unlocks one figure (in addition to one free one).

9. It's not clear it only unlocks one figure either, so we ended up using it on one that wasn't our favourite as I thought the unlock process opened them all up.

1. Fix HEY CLAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HEY CLAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HEY CLAY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HEY CLAY" » Open HEY CLAY® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HEY CLAY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HEY CLAY® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HEY CLAY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HEY CLAY®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HEY CLAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HEY CLAY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HEY CLAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HEY CLAY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HEY CLAY not working

2. Fix HEY CLAY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HEY CLAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HEY CLAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HEY CLAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
