Why should I report an Issue with WTVA?

1. Can't see the yes to get it on I've downsized and still I can't agree to push notificationsI can download the news app but not the weather app WHY cause it says my device is not compatible since when its still a Android & its always been compatible in the past!!!! WTHThis app allows me to keep up with local news on the go.

2. Voice & audio are not always in sync.This is a good TV I get all the news and weather I need for my needs and infoIt was great until the pop up videos.

3. I'm uninstalling the program and I would never buy something from an advertiser that does ads in this manner.Can't access the programs because of your push notification ad.

4. This app WAS just Okay until they decided to start pop up ads, then they started pop up videos with sound.

5. Wish they had an app for AndroidTV devices.You killed the app with last update.

6. It was informative with alot of news, now it's the same 3 stories all the way down.

7. If I wanted video commercials with sound I would watch it on TV.

8. Uninstalling.App doesn't always update.

1. Fix WTVA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WTVA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WTVA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WTVA" » Open WTVA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WTVA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WTVA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WTVA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WTVA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WTVA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WTVA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WTVA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WTVA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WTVA not working

2. Fix WTVA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WTVA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WTVA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WTVA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
