1. why aren't they addressing the issues? favorite news most hated app!I have the kezi app, works great, I get alerts on news, wish I could get alerts on local road conditions, so I don't drive into stopped , backed up traffic everywhereSensationalized news with no regard to public well being, and definitely totally disregarding non biased news broadcast.

1. Restart KEZI 9 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KEZI 9 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KEZI 9 News" » Open KEZI 9 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KEZI 9 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KEZI 9 News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KEZI 9 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KEZI 9 News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
