1. why aren't they addressing the issues? favorite news most hated app!I have the kezi app, works great, I get alerts on news, wish I could get alerts on local road conditions, so I don't drive into stopped , backed up traffic everywhereSensationalized news with no regard to public well being, and definitely totally disregarding non biased news broadcast.

2. Cut down please.Can't disable push notifications and emails to the dev about it bounce.I like kezi because it's local news with compassion.

8. Currently, have attempted to get a 'horizontal' full view screen and all you get is the same, small screen w/ a filler in black.

1. Restart KEZI 9 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KEZI 9 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KEZI 9 News" » Open KEZI 9 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KEZI 9 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KEZI 9 News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KEZI 9 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KEZI 9 News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KEZI 9 News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KEZI 9 News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KEZI 9 News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KEZI 9 News then reinstall.
