1. Attempted to start it again (which it doesn't remember where I left off) and it froze 4 more times before I finally gave up... The content is good, was super excited to watch the holiday films, but totally disappointed now.

2. Super disappointing especially given the amount of technology that is available these days.Trying to cast a movie and it freezes about every 5 minutes or so.
