Spending a little more than $20 to send 18 messages to someone very popular makes no sense the amount of money being charged there is no benefit to using this app not offering a monthly subscription to speak with others that have high popularity preventing others from talking to them And on top of all of this I have tried and I have submitted photos so that verification is completed I received emailsSlim pickings and fewer that are close.

3. The price is unjustified, and the platform seems to be flooded with bots trying to get you to pay to talk to them.I joined this site because I was hoping to connect with a quality man to chat with.

4. Plus, if the app is "GUYS Only", why does it have any women? I have canceled my account, deleted the app, and won't be back.Avoid at all costs, absolute scam! All the contacts that have come through are clearly fake most likely AI responses.

5. Overpriced and no set price for credits and flooded with bots trying to use them up.

6. I found someone to connect with but it seems my credits run out very fast, catch Chat and email are separate fees.

7. On top of that they started suddenly charging me a "monthly monthly membership fee" I never signed up for and started making unauthorized charges on my credit card.

8. Only AFTER I deleted my profile am I getting emails welcoming me to the platform and still trying to get me to buy premium.

9. I think I will be canceling any thing further with this site.The amount of money you have to pay to communicate with someone this is a complete rip-off.

10. It's absolutely unreasonable to charge such a high price for a new service with the same features as most other services.

11. The only positive I can say is the quick customer service, until I inquired about the unauthorized charges and then suddenly... crickets!Very poor.

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GuysOnly » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GuysOnly: Dating for Gay Guys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GuysOnly servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GuysOnly: Dating for Gay Guys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GuysOnly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GuysOnly might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GuysOnly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GuysOnly then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GuysOnly not working


2. Fix GuysOnly Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GuysOnly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  • I had a subscription with you guys for like one day. Then I cancelled it via email and you responded to me and said that my subscription was cancelled and that I would no longer be charged.

    One month later in January you charged me $49.99 anyway.

    I disputed the charge with my bank and they gave me my money back as they were able to determine that I had indeed tried to cancel my subscription and that I shouldn’t have been charged.

    I thought that had to be the end of the charges and that my subscription was definitely over with since you guys had to have received my transaction dispute claim via my bank.

    But no!! This morning we woke up and checked out my checking account and guess what I saw?

    I saw my paycheck, which is why I was looking in the first place, but then i also noticed that you people charged me again!!!!

    I want my damn subscription cancelled and my money back and then I want you to get rid of my information.

    I will be disputing this charge again with my bank and since now it’s turned into a pattern with you guys, then they might have grounds now to pursue criminal charges for fraud and harassment.

    Unless you do the right thing and give me my money back in the meantime I’m going to ask my bank to go as hard as possible on you guys.

  • I joined up with guys only to see what game myself a boyfriend but, so for all the guys I've been finding are outside of my region or too far to contact and this is not what I signed up for. Therefore I'd like to have my subscription canceled and the money I paid refunded back to my credit card.
