1. It's that bad.Spams you to buy premium to view photos after a certain amount of clicking them, among other extremely annoying designs.

2. Today, I'm scrolling through a few people's photos and it says daily limit, I'm an XLFirst and foremost, I crash exponentially more in this app than anything else I've ever used, and I've played some CPU-intensive games on my phone before.

3. In spite of all of this, having a dark mode is the greatest high, but I will say that it very much feels like this app was rushed out at the drop of a hat and we were forced to deal with what is a very incomplete product compared to the individual apps that were fused together to make this.

4. The user interface is a bit messy, and the way you flip through images are just more "work" as you have to click the image, then click it again to get big view, then swipe left/right.

5. I'm giving this 3 stars because of the amount of energy it uses to have the app open on my phone, the app only being able to be used with WiFi period and also the fact that it's slow a lot of the time.

6. I was one of the first 1000 so I got the 1 year of premium, but when it runs out, it will SEVERELY limit the features further.Navigation is clunky at best.

7. It's a pay to win model, if you don't subscribe to their paid premium you get a message cap, image view cap, and friend request cap.

8. Edit: "development costs for new features" what new features?! It hasn't improved or changed since I last opened it years ago.I use PupSpace and I like that it's simple to use.

9. And why the f*#k does the app auto close if you back out of it, instead of staying open?! I've gotta dig it back from its home page? I can't just hit my apps button and go back in?! No longer paying for the app since the switch to Grikio from Grommr.

10. In order to know who's photo I'm viewing or "like" I have to click the ellipses, select view likes, comments, and more.

11. For some reason, in both Grommr and Ferzu at least, it keeps treating my location as being in Gerlach for local search when I'm way over by the west coast of California.

1. Fix Grokio Communities Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Grokio Communities: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Grokio Communities App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grokio Communities" » Open Grokio Communities » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grokio Communities » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Grokio Communities app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grokio Communities servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grokio Communities" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Grokio Communities app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grokio Communities might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Grokio Communities. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grokio Communities then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grokio Communities not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grokio Communities be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grokio Communities not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grokio Communities may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
