1. when you are checking the water consumption, water pressure or system temperature, it is always stucking in Data loading.The idea is great but you need to add some interoperability like IFTTT with other brand.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GROHE ONDUS Issues

1. Fix GROHE ONDUS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GROHE ONDUS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GROHE ONDUS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GROHE ONDUS" » Open GROHE ONDUS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GROHE ONDUS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GROHE ONDUS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GROHE ONDUS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GROHE ONDUS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GROHE ONDUS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GROHE ONDUS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GROHE ONDUS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GROHE ONDUS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GROHE ONDUS not working

I want to delete my account because the system doesn’t work and never did. It is completely use to have a Bluetooth connected water system, and it is even mor useless if the app and the connectivity do not work spot on.
