1. Also, the appcrashes.Greedy & lazy devs for sure.So they move Xtra features to Unlimited, basically removing any reason to pay unless you want to get squeezed for more money so you can keep what were basic features at one point.
2. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Messages no longer send, can't favorite, can't block, and it doesn't allow me to filter people.

4. And they want people to pay for this hot mess? It's no wonder the company doesn't have enough revenue to meet interest payments, even with forcing ad clicks.
5. When these issues are fixed I will rate it higher, until then, I pay for the service and can't even use it.Every bug is still there, and new ad delivery too! Now with the added benefits of randomly opening a web browser to force you to a web page.
6. No coordination between server side and client side, apparently no version control as updates reintroduce old errors and features, and certainly no testing is done.
7. I recently have seen auto play video ads in the banner of the messages that have audio that you CANNOT turn off or mute.
8. Edit: And now they block mock locations and don't have a feature for making your location less accurate.
9. They took a feature of my upgrade to XTra and put it on a higher tier.
10. It gets old having to restart the app when you are trying to reply to messages or having an ad pop up every 5 seconds.
11. Secondly, they are making more and more features locked behind a paywall.I didn't think it was possible, but the app got even worse.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Grindr Issues
1. Fix Grindr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Grindr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Grindr App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grindr" » Open Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grindr » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grindr servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Grindr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grindr might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Grindr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grindr then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grindr not working
2. Fix Grindr Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grindr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grindr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grindr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I subscribe to Grindr but I can enter in it. Before I had a free Grindr application and I had after some time problems.with it and couldn’t enter in it. I didn’t understand what was the problem and decide myself to subscribe to a not free version but it’s the same. What is the problem? Can you explain me ? The phone im trying to use on grindr i bought second hand. I think there is after being a device ban on it. I cannot make a new account it just keeps coming up with the same account banned message. Is there some way to undo this? I would really like to try your app

I have the mini subscription for 0,99€/month. For a while I could see more profiles. Not sure about other benefits. Now I see, as before the subscription, very few profiles and am given the option to see 50 additional profiles watching an ad. Could you please be so kind and check my account.
