1. I dont like to watch the news alerts, because i mind data, etc.... but the links work... however, none of the headline, breaking news, article type links work.

2. And as for breaking news alerts they are pointless if the story can't be found on the app when you click on the alert.

3. seems the majority of alerts I click are videos.New app jumps around as I'm reading due to pop up's and ads loading making it difficult to read news.

1. Fix News 9 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart News 9: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the News 9 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "News 9" » Open News 9 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for News 9 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear News 9 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from News 9 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "News 9" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check News 9 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, News 9 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall News 9. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall News 9 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing News 9 not working
