1. Fix the bugs please.It was cool to be in a tournament for once but my first experience was ruined by some 10 year olds with bad sportsmanship and no common sense I'm not asking you to do something about this but I'm done with this app.The tournament app itself is alright, but it's unfair to console players, they allow pc players on console tournaments, and they allow toxicity, by allowing people to not play as a team when doing kill racesIt's a pretty great app if you want to compete in gaming tournaments for some quick cash and some funThis app is the best!I love it.Everyone so positive and no ads and very consistent.Even the age limit!Legit and fun.

1. Fix GosuNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GosuNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GosuNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GosuNow" » Open GosuNow - eSports Tournaments » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GosuNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GosuNow - eSports Tournaments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GosuNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GosuNow - eSports Tournaments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GosuNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GosuNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GosuNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GosuNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GosuNow not working

2. Fix GosuNow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GosuNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GosuNow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GosuNow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
