Why should I report an Issue with WannaDraw?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I restarted the app and it worked fine afterwards.I'm only having one problem with this app so far, Whenever I go to the Ultimate Idea Generator it doesn't load which is why I rate this app 4 stars but it has to be one of the best generator apps I've gotten because it doesn't glitch or die on me, I'm also really glad adds are popping up on my screen every five seconds because it would drive me crazy while it pauses my music in the background when I'm drawing.

2. The app itself worked really well, it gave me a lot of unique ideas and I had fun with it, but as someone who draws objects and animals rather than people I was disappointed at how many prompts were character based.

3. I hope that the app continues to develop and grow and offer even more prompt types.I like the minimal ads and the main feature, but the Fusion feature doesn't seem to be working.

4. Will definitely update the review once the bug is fixed though! Update: Fusion Generator seems to work now, love it!I love the app, it's a fun way to find out what to draw when I got that art block.

5. for people such as myself who aren't comfortable with drawing people.This app gives interesting ideas, has an easy to understand ui, and works well.

6. Still 5 stars for good app though.I love this app! I was introduced to it through a client and have used it to generate a lot of fun drawing prompt games.

7. A few bug fixes also would be nice I backed out of the generator at one point and came back in and the generator stopped working.

1. Fix WannaDraw Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WannaDraw: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WannaDraw App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WannaDraw" » Open WannaDraw » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WannaDraw » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WannaDraw app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WannaDraw servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WannaDraw" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WannaDraw app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WannaDraw might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WannaDraw. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WannaDraw then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WannaDraw not working

2. Fix WannaDraw Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WannaDraw be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WannaDraw not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WannaDraw may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
