1. Tracking sleep or bath time, super annoying to enter the info and why do I have to always enter the start and end dates? Tracking notes: Why does it copy my last note? I have to delete it all everytime.Super useful app and have been using it for several months but the last update really messed things up.

2. It is infuriating! I'm trying to log something one handed while my newborn is in my arms so I don't forget and it has to make the process harder and longer!love the app but I can't give it 5 stars unless they make the timers able to be turned off by a caregiver other than the one that started it, and if the icons didn't overlap each other (maybe placed next to each other when occurring at the same time?) because it makes it really hard to see everything all at once on the chart.

3. I definitely don't like the new version at all Edit to add: The app started having errors - I'm only using the Sleep option and it regularly doesn't show the overall sleep time.

4. I did use it to track feeding and diaper changes because I had already downloaded the app and it was the second one I tried! One nice feature is a notification tool bar that comes up and allows you to stop the feed timer or switch sides without opening the app.

5. The current information is not as easily visible and the time doesn't update so I need to open and close the app in order to see hmthe real time.

6. I do like that it gives an end time now as well as the start time and duration, though so I still gave it 3 stars.

7. One improvement I'd like to see - being able to record a start time without a finish time.

8. Otherwise it's super helpful to track diaper changes and feedings for bottles and breastfeeding (remembering what side I used last).

1. Fix Glow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glow" » Open Glow: Track. Shop. Growth. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glow: Track. Shop. Growth. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glow: Track. Shop. Growth." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glow not working

2. Fix Glow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
