Why should I report an Issue with Right Wrench - Car Maintenance?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Glicerial to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Other wise this app is deffently a nice thing to haveI like the app a lot! I would love to see an option to add a maintenance category instead of using "other" and also an option to either print or export your records.Simple, not confusing.

2. Only thing I'd like to see added is the ability to print/export maintenance tasks when I go to sell a vehicle.Simple and clean, but... Missing a few maintenance item (although when listed under "other" easy to see when scrolling).

3. I love the lack of ads.Great app to keep all records together the only thing that would make this better is if you could attach a pdf of the repair bill or oil change record to the entry so when you look back you have everything you could need.

4. Got bit by that no longer supported issue with the last vehicle app I used bu thankfully I was able to download most of my history to excel.Love the application but wish you could back it up and restore it.

5. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it needs a method to convert and download to excel or at least backup so I know I don't lose everything when I switch phones or in the event the app no longer gets supported.

6. Google Keep as it's always online so I won't lose it again.Perfect! App allows me to keep track of the maintenance on all my cars.

7. Hope it stays on this track! Thanks for the helpful app!The data is not trnadferable to a new phone.

8. Missing: tire replacement, battery replacement, fuel injection, tire rotation intake valves, tuneup, air filter, emission system cleaner.

9. I do most of the maintenance myself so I don't always have any other record of what was done.

10. Phone fell into the lake and had to replace it and lost all my information.

11. Transfer everything to the new phone and none the information in Right Wench transfer.

1. Fix Right Wrench Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Right Wrench: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Right Wrench App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Right Wrench" » Open Right Wrench - Car Maintenance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Right Wrench » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Right Wrench - Car Maintenance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Right Wrench servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Right Wrench - Car Maintenance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Right Wrench app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Right Wrench might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Right Wrench. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Right Wrench then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Right Wrench not working

2. Fix Right Wrench Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Right Wrench be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Right Wrench not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Right Wrench may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
