Why should I report an Issue with ProGuides?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of GLG Gaming, Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Proguides but the guides are all very very basic beginner videos even the advanced are basic, the videos are only 2 mins long per vid on average so each subtopic is a brief tutorial, nothing advanced or in-depth enough to reach the next level, the paid subscription is only worth if you are going to get coached by pros.Very good app! There is a pro membership, which is 8 bucks a month which is way overpriced.

2. Everything else is paid for by a yearly $97.Wanting money for the videos or the lack of free content isn't the biggest problem, but the lack of a monthy subscription option and instead only having a yearly one is the reason why I didn't give it a try.

3. Deceptive and misleading business practice.Proguides is great, if you have a pro membership! It's really annoying when the one free course on there is something I'm already decent at! There should be just one pro coach that's free to use so people don't have to spend money.Don't do it.

4. Other than that, it is a really good app! The character pros are also listed as cons though on character pages though!Great app! Tons of videos to help with basics and more advanced aspects of the game.

5. Then the free course is just too basic to really be worth it.In summary, proguides shows you how to play the game but not how to get better at the game.

6. After submitting payment discovered nearly $100 taken out of my account, because ProGuides slyly downplays purchasing by the year instead of month to month.

7. If they had a three month or monthly payment option, I'd be more likely to use it but it's so expensive to pay $96 all at once just for League.. I only got the one year because it was an accident and I thought it was a monthly option.

8. Great app!The app is a definite great way to improve your macro play, mechanics on certain champions and teaches you the essential for the role you're playing.

9. The free membership is great, if your not really into courses all that much.

1. Fix ProGuides Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ProGuides: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ProGuides App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ProGuides" » Open ProGuides » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ProGuides » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ProGuides app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ProGuides servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ProGuides" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ProGuides app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ProGuides might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ProGuides. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ProGuides then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ProGuides not working

2. Fix ProGuides Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ProGuides be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ProGuides not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ProGuides may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
