Florida Today Customer Insights

1. And yes, I have a paid subscription.Disappointing. I tried to watch restaurant reviews and keeps saying that I can't play at this time and gives me the option to retry or go back.

2. It's not worth the money and their instructions to manage your subscription is, at best inaccurate at worse an out and out lie.This app consistently stalls after opening, making it impossible to scroll down and to open articles.

3. eNewspaper for other newspapers must hit the 3 dots above the eNewspaper icon and choose "editions".Will not let me log in, have been subscriber for many years.

4. The "for you" section allows me to pick publications from other affiliated news sources but it doesn't have Florida Today as a choice.

5. Yes, you can subscribe and get 30 days free, but they want your card upfront like any other free trials.

6. Each time I want to read the paper, it takes FIVE different steps before the paper appears.

7. If not careful, only recourse is restarting phone to access any other Apps.

8. On 4/18 Florida Today chat rep advised me they don't respond to Google Play's contact link and stopped the chat.

9. Some pages have pop ups that overlays the main screen but shows very small areas of the page in portrait mode.

10. Much better app BEFORE the most recent update.Guess my free articles limit is up and now wants me to pay.

11. How about do some actual news reporting.Here it is Jan 7th and there's still articles where to celebrate New Years eve.

  3. Clear Florida Today: Local News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Florida Today servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Florida Today: Local News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Florida Today app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Florida Today might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Florida Today. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Florida Today then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Florida Today not working
