1. Now it does and I'm so glad it does! BUT if I'm scrolling through the games to a certain point, it won't show me anymore, it will show other games for a split second and then it will go back up to that certain spot.I had issues with a product online and the upper management took control of the situation to make sure it was resolved.

2. Other than that, I have issues everytime I want to check out using something other than my direct bank as well as using the rewards I earned.

3. The other issue I have is trying to pre order a game there is no clear understanding that the online preorder is no money down and it makes you feel as if you have to pay to pre order through the app.

4. Hopefully they'll work toward the best of both worlds.So before the recent update it kinda sucked that when you clicked on something you wanted to look at, you could never click on the image and make it bigger or look at other images.

5. The app has become slow to navigate, causing your scrolling to drop down to about 4 frames a second unless you search for something using the search bar.

6. Other than that a stellar app.It seems with each update I as an end user am losing functionality, or it's much harder to find.

7. The app loves to do this cute thing when first opening where it pretends to load into the app main page, but then it Sykes you out and reloads for a second time or even a third time.

8. Not only does it wait for the stars to align for it to decide to open, but half the time, it crashes out with an error with no explanation and starts the cycle all over again.

9. Constantly logs me out every few days, crashes half of the time before opening the store page, and is slow as molasses.

10. Totally impossible to find items in store anymore after they idiotically removed the "Pick up in store" filter from the search.

11. They need to fire the guy who coded this app and pay money to fix this among many other things with the company.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GameStop Issues

1. Fix GameStop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GameStop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GameStop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GameStop" » Open GameStop » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GameStop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GameStop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GameStop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GameStop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GameStop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GameStop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GameStop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GameStop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GameStop not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GameStop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GameStop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GameStop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
