1. Cool app for storing cards and shopping lists but not worth the pop-up ads or paying for a subscription.I have a grand total of 7 cards saved in Keyring, with no images stored for the fronts or backs of those cards.

2. Even a paid app that doesn't bombard me with garbage.Leaving after 9 years due to full cover up ads where none of my cards can be seen while I check out.

3. This worked for a while but now I get a message to turn on my GPS location every single time I open app! I turned it off for a reason.

1. Fix Key Ring Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Key Ring: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Key Ring App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Key Ring" » Open Key Ring: Loyalty Card App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Key Ring » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Key Ring: Loyalty Card App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Key Ring servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Key Ring: Loyalty Card App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Key Ring app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Key Ring might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Key Ring. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Key Ring then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Key Ring not working

2. Fix Key Ring Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Key Ring be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Key Ring not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Key Ring may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
