1. other pages seems to work but the profile page doesn't? An easier access to edit your profile would be nice, too!I use the desktop version a lot and thought I should download the app since I use my phone more but found the experience a little lacking.

2. Still trapped.definitely needs notifications you can able/disable, along with some fixes on the profile page? I try to open it but it keeps saying "check network connection" when I've switched networks and checked other apps.

Maybe if the app was a mirror version of the site it would be better.I really like the app except for the part that for some reason when I downloaded it after I had to get a new phone it kept saying there's a problem with the connection but all of my connection is perfectly fine on everything else I go on so there's probably like some sort of bugNice in theory... 7. My twitter account is locked (because I was underage at the time of creation, but am not anymore) and this app won't let me log in with my new account - it just logs straight in with my locked one, and I can't log out of it.

8. I've had to log out and log back in to make the app work only to learn that every time i try to answer the daily question, I'm greeted with an error.

9. it doesn't even have a settings section, just a "preferences" which is basically just whether you want the light theme, or the dark theme, and if you want to buy the pro version.

1. Fix Askr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Askr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Askr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Askr" » Open Askr for Curious Cat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Askr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Askr for Curious Cat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Askr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Askr for Curious Cat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Askr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Askr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Askr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Askr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Askr not working

2. Fix Askr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Askr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Askr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Askr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
