1. They even have very nice organized genres for you're next pick out anime to watch.It's a good app but sometimes it doesn't load, the show I want to watch.

2. Every time I try to watch episode 3 of Uzaki-Chan, or try to watch one of the My Hero Academia movies, they never seem to load.

3. The latest update won't load and it won't even download, it will only say that "It couldn't download items." even tho the older episodes are fine and ready to watch or download.

4. I get download episodes to my mobile phone or any electronic device to watch my anime with or without wifi while traveling.

1. Fix 4ANIME Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 4ANIME: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 4ANIME App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "4ANIME" » Open 4ANIME » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 4ANIME » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 4ANIME app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 4ANIME servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "4ANIME" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 4ANIME app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 4ANIME might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 4ANIME. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 4ANIME then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 4ANIME not working

2. Fix 4ANIME Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 4ANIME be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 4ANIME not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 4ANIME may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
