Foreign Policy Customer Insights

1. But very happy that you have an app now :) Night mode would be much appreciated And selecting magazines would be goodI love that almost all of the stories have an audio option, and it works amazingly! Other news apps should take a page from your book.

2. Issue with the app is that, if the phone goes to sleep when one has only halfway read an article, the app crolls all the way back to the in top when one wakes the phone up, and one has to find the right place to continue reading manually. The content is good.

3. It takes a longer time to load articles and when I click on notifications for articles it takes me to an article I read 2 weeks ago.

4. My sole concern is that the app does not save articles that I designate as favorites for longer than a day, which is frustrating from a time management perspective.Poor app.

5. Only one layout, all the other tabs just produce the same menu, which is not well suited to it's podcasts. One of the best magazines around tied to the most useless app I've ever downloaded.

6. Don't bother.Every single time you close the app you need to log back in and half the time it says your username and password doesn't exist even if the same one your using on a browser.

7. For example the podcasts section is just the website page for podcasts, rather than a customized FP podcast player.

8. Below par content.Three differemt ways to navigate to analisis, magazin and podcast seems unnecessary.

9. Not the end of the world but could be better.Content is good but the app is poor, especially for a paid subscription.

10. It works perhaps 10% of the time. The app looks good.

11. Constantly telling me that I have to reinstall the app, or not recognizing my subscription, the monthly price of which is apparently going to double in May.
