Why should I report an Issue with Suspects: Mobile Detective?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of UNRD LTD to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The user would feel like they're gathering clues! -Add other apps to keep it from getting repetitive!I would absolutely love to give this app 5 stars, however as someone who is struggling with poor health and housing issues, I don't have the money for their subscriptions so I only get part of the story, I believe there should be a way to earn keys (watching videos, downloading other apps etc) other than inviting friends so that you can unlock the conversations.

2. & keys are really expensive! It would be ok if only 2 or 3 texts required keys to read but to have 10 messages or more that are locked in each story is crazy! The keys are too expensive to do that! Please fix this issue.

3. Also don't like there isn't any other way to earn coins.I like this game but I can't collect my daily coins it will only allow me to watch ads for coins and then it won't even let me buy conversations, emails, or pictures with the coins I just watched the ads with.

4. Overall, though, I would recommend to a lot of people for a good week's worth of entertainment and intrigue.I love this game!! Here's a few suggestions to make it even better! -Add the option to use the 24-hour system or the 12-hour system.

5. I loved the setup however, for some reason, after the first few days it stopped updating in real time and would just bombard me with all the texts immediately after moving to the next level.

6. The other problem I have is half the time the videos/pictures etc on these stories dont work and yes I have the latest version!I absolutely love this app and all of the stories! However.

10. Don't bother.I thought this was a really cool idea and was enjoying it on day 3 or 4 of a story when it suddenly told me I could register to save progress, find friends, etc.

11. It feels like I'm actually part of the experience and making it last over multiple days makes the fun last! My only issue is the free key a day with ads.

1. Fix Suspects Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Suspects: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Suspects App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Suspects" » Open Suspects: Mobile Detective » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Suspects » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Suspects: Mobile Detective app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Suspects servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Suspects: Mobile Detective" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Suspects app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Suspects might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Suspects. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Suspects then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Suspects not working

2. Fix Suspects Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Suspects be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Suspects not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Suspects may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
