Why should I report an Issue with FollowBuzz: followers analytics for Instagram?

Completely fake, I've only had this for a good four minutes and already am undownloading :)it shows that they have data (blockers, stalkers and other info) but to see the actual data you'll need to subscribe but when you actually subscribe to paid version, it simply has nothing under those categories.

2. So if you're planning on subscribing to this app, might as well burn a $50 note and you'll get more of a thrill put of it... useless app.Worst ever... I need to pay for every option in the app and the advertising is veeeery intrusive even if you choose cancel.

6. So I got the free trial and then the numbers completely changed, and were still incorrect.

7. The moment you get this app you're blown in the face with constant ads, and if you try to click on ANYTHING it needs a TWENTY DOLLAR a WEEK subscription.

8. How can I "try" the app if a I cannot see anything.The information that I got, before the purchase, was misleading, and changed after the the purchase was made.

9. What's the point of telling me the numbers of who's "Not Following", whom "I don't follow", who's the "Best Likers" are if I have to guess?! This app is literally useless unless you start paying.

10. I hope that I cancelled properly! I guess that I didn't cancel properly and got charged over $200! So pissed!This app is so annoying and stupid.

1. Fix FollowBuzz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FollowBuzz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FollowBuzz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FollowBuzz" » Open FollowBuzz: followers analytics for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FollowBuzz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FollowBuzz: followers analytics for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FollowBuzz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FollowBuzz: followers analytics for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FollowBuzz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FollowBuzz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FollowBuzz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FollowBuzz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FollowBuzz not working

2. Fix FollowBuzz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FollowBuzz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FollowBuzz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FollowBuzz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
