1. Can't use the app without.Big road is absolutely rediculous! Do not install the modules into your fleet trucks! You need a smart device with bluetooth capabilities to use their software! And the worst thing ever is it will ALWAYS KEEP YOUR PHONE ON IF YOU DISCONNECT the bluetooth and unpair it! The thing will interrupt your bluetooth headset and make it inoperable! It's the worst system ever go with keep trucking it's less red tape! Update: yes you can disconnect but it tries constantly to connect to phone.

2. Awful customer serviceCant get camera to connect called tech several times no help iive unistalled re installed still no luck have been trying for days bigroad doesnt change to driving have to do it manuly im starting to look for another eld systemCan't login.

3. Can you help it recognize flashing lights on school zone speedlimits? I pray I never need to use this cause chances are I won't be able to pull up anything anyway.Won't let me sign in at all.

4. Tried calling tech support, no one answered phone after an hour on hold.

5. Can't even use the app, wants storage permission but the apps manifest doesn't request for it so you can't give this permission.

1. Fix FC Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FC Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FC Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FC Vision" » Open FC Vision by Fleet Complete » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FC Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FC Vision by Fleet Complete app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FC Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FC Vision by Fleet Complete" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FC Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FC Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FC Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FC Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FC Vision not working

2. Fix FC Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FC Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FC Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FC Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
