1. Bought tickets through a reseller was instructed to create a flash seats account.
2. Only works about 25% of the time, automatically changes cc info on your account like exp date, the website looks like it was built in the 90s by a college kid who just learned coding, half the time the site doesn't even reload just gives errors.
3. Created account but the email to verify my account was never sent and I'm unable to access the tickets.
4. Get better.Received automated message to review my tickets in the app, but I never set up an account.
5. And I have an event tonight! If this causes me to miss my event I will never use this app again, nor buy anything from flash seats.Horrible experience dealing with flash seats and their app.

9. Nothing to say that hasn't been said but here are the highlights: the app crashes when you try to view the terms and conditions, an account is created for you without your permission, and once you get in to the app it works poorly.
10. Spent 500$ on tickets that would not show up in my account.
11. Flash seats is the worst ticket experience out there and I would stay far away if possible.
