TNA+ Customer Insights

1. Hopefully a portion of the $$$ for my annual subscription can be put toward development to make it easier to enjoy the content.Impact Plus is a decent streaming service.

2. It's bad enough being confined to using Impact+ on my phone, but I could at least forgive that if I'm able to just watch a live show, but sadly, I wasn't.

3. Regardless it is a good service The only drawback they need to add more of their classic content the impact TV showTechnically my score given is 3.5 ⭐.

4. On the Chromecast they do have commercials and even on the Roku they have inserts to wear commercial should be the screen goes black for a second even during pay-per-views.

5. nothing to do with the rating, but would it be possible to set up a search by wrestler/knockout system.I had no problem with Impact Plus, but the migration to Impact TV has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any streaming service.

6. Again great content, but needs some sprucing up!Update : finally can play on roku.

7. The content is great! However 2 things to be improved that would knock this up to a 5 would be a cleaner, simpler layout for viewing different shows.

8. Now I find out that the new app doesn't even work with chromecast.Not a good Chromecast experience so far.

9. What I can't deal with and is the ice breaker is if you take the time to look up a card and want to skip to the main good luck.

10. But it makes sense that the chromecast button does not work.

11. Luckily I have a roku,l but if I did not, I would not be able to watch on my TV screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TNA+ Issues

1. Fix TNA+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TNA+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TNA+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TNA+" » Open TNA+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TNA+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TNA+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TNA+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TNA+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TNA+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TNA+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TNA+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TNA+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TNA+ not working


2. Fix TNA+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TNA+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TNA+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TNA+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Please end my subscription. I went to the site to check it out. I've cancelled Impact Plus once and I didn't authorize them to reactivate the acct again. I don't want it. Please close the acct.

  • Your customer service sucks I can't get a hold of anyone to fix my account I'm getting charged twice every month and I have no access to cancel my account keeps saying it's on a non platform to cancel on that makes no sense. I feel like your just stealing my money right now and it's pissing me off.
