1. PLEASE INSTRUCT HOW TO HAVE DATA DELETED without having to finish this nonsense PINHalf way through my state republican party elections and the app comes up and says "We found a problem with your account" and boots me out and says I will need create a new account.

2. Living overseas this app was a lifesaver for voting, but now I have to go back to paper ballots and hoping they arrive in time.Won't let u log in and say issues and I just got my new phone today so no apps were downloaded yet so the app in my opinion should be terminated.

3. At one point, there were 2 verifications that had to be entered consecutively and I was logged out between them and the 1st had to be re-entered, but could not use copy/paste due to being logged out between consecutive screens.This is one of the worst apps ever made.

4. IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED: I believe this app times out way to fast or logs you off if the screen turns off, I get a call, a text message comes in, or any full screen alert.

5. I uninstalled while tech support was on the phone and they reset my account.

6. Come to find out the app scanned all my apps and determined one security app I use was bad so tech support believed that is why I was kicked out.

7. Its 2.4 rating is far too generous.Entering your birthday requires you to touch the left arrow on the calendar 12 TIMES PER YEAR to reach your year of birth.

8. I open the app again and it says "Sign Up" I go through signing up with my credentials and It says "Voatz has detected an unexpected error with your device".

9. For example if you are 40 years old you need to touch that arrow 480 times to reach 2020 to 1980 one month at the time.

10. Like a convention is coming up and everyone at the party says the app is just failing and making it so they can't vote.A complete fail.

1. Fix Voatz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voatz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voatz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voatz" » Open Voatz » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voatz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voatz app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voatz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voatz" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Voatz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voatz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Voatz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voatz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voatz not working

2. Fix Voatz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voatz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voatz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voatz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
