There is no way to reach anybody or even any controllers to set up or get current info,and then to top it off, get charged forty something dollars for an app that doesn't even work.Location was not updating most of the time despite network... 3 days free trial link debited my account straight away... Did not get opportunity to try for three days with option to cancel... Request for refund not responded at all... Truly disappointed with the app and the developer... Won't recommend at all...Does not start at startup.

Don't bother replying Dev, your answers are so patronising, condescending and dismissive it's clear you only made this app to rip people off during this fuel and financial crisis.Awful, it's not clear how to change your avatar and I accidentally found it and once I was on my grans phone trying to add her it wouldn't add anyone to my "circle" or family or whatever and it wouldn't let me change her avatar on her phone, plus the adverts every time you press ANYTHING.

3. Please don't waste your timeThere are soany add in theis the app is working good but fix the problem of addAwful! Doesn't work.

4. If an option exists for a paid, ad-free version, I may be inclined to look at it again, but if that option exists in the app, it was likely covered by an ad.

5. When I downloaded it as a trial during an emergency and it never did give me my husband's locatioand it was telling me that he was in Michigan.

1. Fix Family Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Family Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Family Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Family Tracker" » Open Family Tracker by Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Family Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Family Tracker by Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Family Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Family Tracker by Phone Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Family Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Family Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Family Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Family Tracker then reinstall.
