In my experience using special features enables us to get maximum number of matches and get maximum likes by subscribing Face Chat plus feature.The app look fake to me, even the way I'm being replied is not corresponding to what I ask them, and the worst of it is I just pay yet I'm still asked to pay again for premium, what's happening to the previous one I just payed that has not been activated, this is so annoying and frustrating, and it's not encouraging at all, so this app need to be stop 😡 or I'm been rectified.

Too bad.fake app fraud people just waste of time after subscription they blackmail for more charges and didn't give all the features waht they said at the time of subscription when they took charges then ask for more to for other features which are already included but simply a message received membership is not activated with in few minutes and you have to pay more and more and more fake appThis app doesn't worth your time and data.

3. This a fake app for snaching money, I recharge VIP subscription but they still asking for activation, after contacting them there is no response from them, even sending a screen shot of payment.

4. Don't want to give a star but........ A ⭐ means to post.Not a good experience, bought subscription but the other one is costly.

5. And it seems that all the other accounts are fake, they just keep saying the irrelevant stuff.

8. DISAPPOINTED!!!Donot Install..!! All are fake & computerized message and voice.

9. I do have reported some accounts, have some screenshots as well.Nowhere does it state about this app that one has to pay before one can even chat, then pay or purchase certain items before one can make video calls.

10. One very big thing is the absence of fake profiles, and no unsolicited messages.

1. Fix Face Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Face Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Face Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Face Chat" » Open Face Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Face Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Face Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Face Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Face Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Face Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Face Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Face Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Face Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Face Chat not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Face Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
