Why should I report an Issue with Tuned?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of NPE Team to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'd love to see these bugs fixed because my partner and I will def be continuing to use it and explore 😊Great app! Really nice for a long distance relationship, but the only reason it's not five stars is because the app won't allow me to share pictures from Google photos.

2. It took me to the home screen and the prompt was gone, and I'm not interested in spending ages trying to find it through the countless other prompts it has.I LOVE this in theory.

3. All milestone dates...and when I set stuff to repeat, it randomly decides not to repeat...Also you can't click on your partners answers to see the full thing in anything OTHER than a list format.

4. Overall an amazing idea with moderate flaws but is a a huge help in my life.So far everything has been amazing, it doesn't allow me to add my Spotify through Facebook though which sucks cause me and my gf listen to music often.

5. the bugs I've noticed so far are related to slow uploads, notifications, and milestone dates.

6. however, my partner (on iOS) can edit things in the milestones section.

7. I feel like some of the menus are clunky and not having an option to customize the word to describe how you're feeling sometimes leaves me trying to fit my feelings into one of the preselected options.

8. It just doesn't give you the option and when you try to share from Google photos to Tuned, it just doesn't happen.

9. Would love to see it fixed.I can't edit 'milestones'.

10. It would also, often, send me a notification on an amazing prompt I could ask my partner.

11. Just wish the challenges could be awnsered more than 1 at a time and that the default is text in lieu of a drop down to select a video or photo initially.

1. Fix Tuned Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tuned: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tuned App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tuned" » Open Tuned » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tuned » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tuned app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tuned servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tuned" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tuned app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tuned might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tuned. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tuned then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tuned not working

2. Fix Tuned Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tuned be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tuned not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tuned may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
