Why should I report an Issue with Baby Heartbeat Monitor, Fetal Doppler, Heart Rate?

1. Absolute fake garbage here!Nothing wrong with phone but unless you press hard into your tummy you get an awful loud sound, then while listening adds will start and the sound is loud as you have to have volume loud to hear.

2. The feedback noise is also terrible.Come now! Not even good for the lolz! It made up some sounds when I pushed the phone against my thigh but not against my heart?! Oh btw it only records again if you leave the app and enter again.

3. Constant adds popping up and when I recorded my baby's heartbeat it, the sound quality was so bad it didn't even sound like it was supposed to, it sounded like a malfunctioning computer.

4. Completely fake!!! It immediately picked up the "heartbeat" but kept registering a hearbeat when I removed the phone from her belly.

5. The doppler which is supposed to hint a heartbeat blinks constantly whether the phone is near your belly or not.

6. I was in the app for 15 secs & I dealt with 10 ad pop ups & then a long ad played when I finally got to the menu for Heart Test/Baby Monitor! There is an ad when you first load it so you don't even know what you are loading! It is just ads everywhere! Horrible, not even worth 1 star.

7. Secondly its a scam because i put my phone on my pillow and went to shut the door and the app had a heartbeat going.

8. It continued to register a "heartbeat" while I slowly moved the phone and put it on top of my head with the heartbeat never changing.

9. Shiukd be deleted from playstore, yiu can't even hear the heart beat, the monitor records its own sounds that doesn't even make sense.

10. Both these things are bad for baby (the loud sudden sound) Also on a side note adds are every few seconds more or less they don't stop.

11. This app literally only makes noises and if you place your hand on the back of your phone, lol, you'll heart some noises too.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Heartbeat Monitor, Fetal Doppler, Heart Rate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Heartbeat Monitor, Fetal Doppler, Heart Rate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Heartbeat Monitor, Fetal Doppler, Heart Rate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
