There is a need to set an option for discontinuing recieving advert messages.I dont recommend if any one charge through the app , the money is never received , and the process is very complicated , and you have to report issue, and contact bank again abd their customer services , and it is not good at allI tried to sign in to the ap, but when I enter the verification code, It takes very long time with out doing anything and not verifying and not sign in to the app, I tried Many times, I deleted the app and reinstall it, I updated the app and still not working....Etisalat is the worst company I have ever dealt with as someone who has experienced multiple phone service companies in 5+ countries.

3. Over all.... Very bad quality service for customers who deal with large amounts of moneyThis app is so bad it is not working I tried to login more than once but it shows me We cannot fulfill your request now.

1. Fix My e& Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My e&: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My e& App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My e&" » Open My e& » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My e& » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My e& app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My e& servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My e&" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My e& app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My e& might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My e&. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My e& then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My e& not working

2. Fix My e& Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My e& be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My e& not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My e& may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
