1. The app consists of simple and not over complicated counter, history where you can see your failed attempts and a widget so you can constantly see your progress on a home-screen of your phone.
2. Iron Will is an simple app designed for people who want to try change their lives.
3. There is also lots of quotes which will keep you motivated during your journey.
4. Each time you reset counter you can put a note to the history, so you can later analyse your failed attempts.
1. If you break the cycle and need to reset, there is space to write a quick reason and if you find yourself recording a number of failures the listed layout allows at-a-glance viewing to enable you to see whether a pattern has formed, to help you combat it.Its a simple app, but it helps you forget how many days you have gone without a particular vice.
2. Might could do with some more customization options but I find it to be an effective, unobtrusive reminder that gets the job done without a lot of needless reminders, pop up notifications, or gimmicky "oh boy, you get twenty eldergems on your quest o' Hero of conquering addictions! Don't forget to like us on Facebook and tell all your friends about us!"Solid but one suggestion I have is a way of automatically tracking when you open selected apps, resetting the timer if you spend too long with it open and/or sending you a notification to get off of it to keep your streak up.
3. It doesn't have labels (outside notes you write when you have to reset), there are no notifications, its just always there in the background for you to check when you forget or when you slip on your journey to break a habit.

5. One thing I would change is the badges, I would prefer that it shows the badges you have earned previously in the time frame and light them up as well as you current badge, its a small thing but every little thing counts! Overall a great app and I would recommend to anyone trying to overcome something.Five stars.

8. I think this would help with people addicted to social media, gaming apps, etc and would especially help with the already serving purpose of this app, which many people use their phone for. This app is great because it's not forcing.
9. Just be honest with yourself, reset it when you fail and then take note of the differences in the length between the times you slip up.
10. The only thing I would ask for is the ability to have multiple counters, and to maybe have a simple notification whenever you get to a new rank.
11. I've tried the porn blockers that block access by locking you out to websites, and no matter what I blocked with that particular app, I used to always find a way around them and relapse.
