Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PASE ELITE Issues
1. Fix PASE ELITE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart PASE ELITE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the PASE ELITE App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PASE ELITE" » Open PASE ELITE » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PASE ELITE » click "UPDATE".
- Clear PASE ELITE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PASE ELITE servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PASE ELITE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check PASE ELITE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PASE ELITE might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall PASE ELITE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PASE ELITE then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PASE ELITE not working
2. Fix PASE ELITE Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PASE ELITE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PASE ELITE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PASE ELITE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
