Why should I report an Issue with ElectricNOW?

1. so far the app has been great otherwise! Love Leverage, Almost Paradise! & the librarians tv show.Love the shows available thru this app, but the stream hangs (or buffers?) too much for the viewing experience to be called anything other than mediocre.

2. When I returned to finish it, the app began displaying an apparently live show, which I could not leave to return to the film.This app is fine if you want to watch what they're currently showing but it loses audio on a regular basis and/or freezes when going to the next episode of a series.

3. Really hating this app now.ya'll need to get a grip on how Freaking LOUD the commercials are! There is a tremendous difference between the level of the TV shows & the Exceptionally Loud commercials & be right backs.

5. It is a free app right? You get what you pay for.Decent app, has all the shows I want to watch on it, some bug problems tend to ruin viewing.

6. Mobile doesn't lock in full screen mode so if there's any angle it will exit full screen and force reload all buffered content.Well, it was great for 1 week.

11. According to Dean Devlin if you set up an account you're supposed to be able to access a bunch of special features which I have yet to see.

1. Fix ElectricNOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ElectricNOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ElectricNOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ElectricNOW" » Open ElectricNOW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ElectricNOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ElectricNOW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ElectricNOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ElectricNOW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ElectricNOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ElectricNOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ElectricNOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ElectricNOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ElectricNOW not working

2. Fix ElectricNOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ElectricNOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ElectricNOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ElectricNOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
