1. I guess it's legit- but definitely not worth the time past the first $2.I love this app and it actually pays, but A LOT of the time it won't register gameplay or your reward points are reduced to a smaller amount than they were supposed to be after you play, or the times it doesn't register that you downloaded the game at all!!! For that reason I can't give it a higher rate.

2. Just wished someone would tell me if when a game gets moved to finish do you still earn coins because my games was moved to finish with no noticeEvery game I press and go to find it on the website, it'd take off THAT game from the list it looks like.

3. Update, working again, cashed out... Still too low amount of coins, keeps saying that can't verify I downloaded it and drastically cuts the amount of coins for play.

4. They need the ads to make money but again everything tracked well for me, time played, ads watched, ect.The first $2 is quick... but past that takes a stupid amount of time.

5. If they atleast add a visa gift card then I'll try to come back but for now I'm going.Pays out takes a few days for the first pay out then instant withdrawal when you hit the withdraw limit.

6. Update.. Payment for a while now, I have contacted with no response.I got excited when the pictures for the app showed Google play, Amazon, etc gift cards but when i actually downloaded the app there was no such thing and only PayPal as a cash out.

7. I hope the game isn't really like this, that every game you click on, it takes it off the list of games it shows you on the website it takes you to.Everything was fine, now unable to log in.

8. The apps start off very good, the games was fun, they installed very fast, mean no problems, but it's always hard to get cash, so l don't get my hopes up any more.

9. Had an issue where app failed a payment withdrawal of $10 sent a screenshot of the proof that action required to get the withdraw had been completed and they approved my withdrawal.

1. Restart Get Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Get Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Get Rewards" » Open Get Rewards - Play & Earn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Get Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Get Rewards - Play & Earn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Get Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Get Rewards - Play & Earn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Get Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Get Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Get Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Get Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Get Rewards not working

2. Fix Get Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Get Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Get Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Get Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
