Duplex IPTV Customer Insights

1. Set the Firestick display to 1080p 50Hz and audio to Stereo and this solves the problem.So far, for my Samsung smart TVs (qleds), this app has been given me the most when they started adding the extra features that the original version was missing.

2. I've paid for an android box and a subscription to a streaming service that I can't use because of the lack of support from Duplex IPTV.The best IPTV software I have used on an NVIDIA SHIELD 2019 (Android TV OS) with the most complete and welcome feature set.

3. My only real irritations are that the Shield remote lacks "colour buttons" and that navigating within groups is horribly tedious: we really need an alternative "display as list" view with favicons rather than icons (as Smart IPTV) and to be able to use the Shield's navigation ring to move a page at a time.

4. Extreme IPTV have managed this on thei Android Platform but their player is not available on LG TVGreat player, highly recommend I use it on my firestick, not sure why the app doesn't get updated regularly on lg tv.

5. I thought this might somehow expedite adding playlists to my TV but it seems to have nothing to do with my TV, rather it seems to be an IPTV player for your Android Device, which is not what the description states.

6. 11/4/2020 This is theft!! All my customers' apps kept demanding activation meanwhile it's been activated.Good player, way to use and navigate.

7. What's more, there is no way to add xtream logins or even browse for your IPTV lists on your device, I tried on multiple browsers! Back to the old way I guess!The app is easy enough to use and the interface is good.

8. When it's been a problem for months they recently updated the app but just the name! Fastest iptv.

9. No support, I've been trying for two days to reactivate after the trial period was over, credit card details are loaded but the app keeps coming up with an error code.

10. For the payment, i have been forced to install this on an android phone - that i dont use - the payment have been processed but i still see at least one of my suscriptions to be expired by sept 4th.

11. Much faster that iptv smarties pro.My concern is...it keeps asking for subscription renewal even after I have paid the $2.00 annual subscription fee.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Duplex IPTV Issues

1. Fix Duplex IPTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart Duplex IPTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the Duplex IPTV App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Duplex IPTV" » Open Duplex IPTV » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Duplex IPTV » click "UPDATE".
Clear Duplex IPTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Duplex IPTV servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Duplex IPTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check Duplex IPTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Duplex IPTV might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall Duplex IPTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Duplex IPTV then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Duplex IPTV not working

2. Fix Duplex IPTV Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Duplex IPTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Duplex IPTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Duplex IPTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi,
I had your app on my tv set with device id 10:92:51:74:57:22 and device key 49828847. I missed to buy it with that id in 7 days. But maneged to shop an id on microsoft shop on my computor with deviceid 54:04:A6:74:29:DC and devicekey 748190284 . I tried to move it to the one on my tv set. But it didn’t work ?
