Reflects the whole pathetic waste and inaccountable mentality of the state run mess that's behind it...App hasn't been working at all for the past 2 weeks, now the screen at the bus stop has stopped working 2 days ago, how am i supposed to know when the bus is going, you can't rely on the website since they are always late.

2. The same happens at the info signs at bus stops, sometimes they decide "oh yes we will show all buses due at this stop", the next time you are at the same stop, no mention of it.

3. If there is an unusually long wait between 2 buses, check the official TFI app, any missing buses operated by Dublin Bus will show up there.Pathetic.. It used to work reasonably well, but now is completely "dead".

4. etc.etc. Why Dublin Bus can't simply either remove the app, or at least link it to a working website with usable info or a pointer to whatever app may have replaced it, is inexcusable.

5. It fails to show a whole range of bus services in Dublin, the excuse being that they are not Dublin Bus run privatised services.

6. Navigating the app is easy enough but the only let down is that sometimes buses are missing from the real time info.

7. It has no usable info,it's menu items link to "404 not found" errors, it hasn't been updated in 3 years.

8. In the last 3 weeks everytime I gave opened the app it has been unable to show a timetable for any stop.

9. Buses come late, next bus comes after 30-40 minutes, minimum amount of routes through the city, and sometimes buses just don't stop.

10. Often wrong information available such as bus actually never appears after being tracked and marked as due, some buses are often timetabled and rtpi is never shown.

11. I lived one year in Dublin and it can't have worst public transport.

1. Fix Dublin Bus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dublin Bus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dublin Bus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dublin Bus" » Open Dublin Bus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dublin Bus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dublin Bus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dublin Bus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dublin Bus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dublin Bus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dublin Bus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dublin Bus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dublin Bus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dublin Bus not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dublin Bus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dublin Bus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dublin Bus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
